EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL

Your exhibit fee includes the following:

MARKETING SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

As there many opportunities for industry to help shape what is of interest within a support level the meeting also has space available for symposia, as well as rooms which can be used for training. Our goal is to tailor the package in the best way for your company, so as to see value and positioning of your support.

Industry Supported Lunch Symposia:

• Take advantage of this educational opportunity to reach a targeted audience of the ESCVS 2024. This function space has been reserved for 75 - 100 people per session.
• A basic audiovisual package will be provided to each Symposium Supporter. Food and beverage is also included.
• *Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors have first right of refusal for available symposia time slots.

Door Drops:

• Your company will have the opportunity to distribute a message to attendees staying in the hotel.

E –Posters:

• ESCVS 2024 showcases electronic posters as part of the Congress. This format enhances the poster viewing experience through a series of large high-definition screens. The company logo will be prominently visible on the screen within the list of available posters.

Keycards:

• The official accommodation hotel of ESCVS 2024 is HILTON ISTANBUL BAKIRKOY. There will be a layout designed completely by your company on the Keycard storage case  distributed to the guests at the entrance of the hotel.

Mobile App:

• Promote your company message throughout the mobile application with banner advertising. The mobile application will be the prime location for any and all congress information. Branded banners may not appear on pages with scientific programming.

WiFi:

• Meeting attendees are always in need of WiFi so they can use the mobile app and check their email during the congress. Be the ESCVS 2024 WiFi sponsor and provide free Wi-Fi access to all attendees. Support of WiFi will be acknowledged on signage and in program materials.

Hands-on Training:
